other depts do this 5 step journey..... some aren't there yet
ISH went to step 5 all on his own... ops ... had to step back a few.....
Composite,.......most courses.... night school... not overload.... more of a shared workload...
We have arrived..... stressed ISH has listened a lot!!!!
Swops can take place but check out with MLT first.....
Deans can approve the TT changes and are the only

Draft first on time into the system....

Night school is different.. has flaws in it(M).....
Because of past we have lost the 3rd year night school I T O is not happy....(M)...
4 or 5 staff teaching is not continuity... we must provide service....
We are comprimising the service we are giving the ITO....
Tutor taking the unit needs to take ownership of the Unit standard.... (M) put up a few concerns about what if..... M has a problem with comunication ... he said he has....
M doesn't do tuesday nights.....
V wants to teach... perhaps an evening class...
Advert for a temp staff for Marine....
M have you told N or B ? about not being able to teach tuesday and wednesday morning...
Thers no M in team!!! ISH will sort it out
ITO wish to have staff teaching all for each night.... stuff....
This year or next year..... May is coming.....
C we need to have an equetable work load....
Chappy bought up LC complex conversations in all courses.... E learning which is policy...ISH spoke on this....Lit and numeracy issues.....
This meeting allows us to table our thoughts... at this meeting... working hard for solutions.. a joint meeting... concerns will be resolved... we all want to be happy... do things for the students....
M this tt goes against what ISH said "quote M".... I dont care about my work hours I never had...."quote mat'

M worried about having 2 tutors deliving a BAT course....

iSH we will have much more meetings with teaching teams... we need to listen to each other...

QM I dont mind if it lessens my work load....
Teaching on BAT to teach they need a degree.....
Engage the team in Prof development.... 30% over on budget.....we need to grow staff to get credentuals...
Team teaching is good for the students.....
We are still at stage 5..... shaking out the issues.....
Issues D put ti ISH was perhaps they havent got t degree yet....we need to live with certain things...

ITO we will discuss night school with them... we will look at the contract on 1 staff per year....
ito field officers are interest in students blogging....
ISH will put an argument for a time allowance for ITO role....
