How is it?

I'm a Constructivist and with Web 2.0 I'm becoming more of a Social Constructivist.

Start where the student is and involve the student in the process of learning.

Learning can not be done for the student...

Learning has to be done by the student...

Involve students in whole-class discussions and in peer-group discussions, this helps in creating a COP where social learning becomes effective and noticeable.

What does the learning environment look like?

Projects allow students to be actively involved in tasks. The emphasis for learning has been placed on the student doing the thinking and explaining how and why.

What changes have I the teacher made?

I've stopped being the presenter of content!

Instead now I lead the exploration and development of ideas, involving all the students.

I've let go and now the responsibility for learning is shared more with the students.
